47.0% "Yeah, I wasn't remotely prepared for it to be this brutal and skin crawlingly creepy. Stop fucking cutting the legs off horses and laughing maniacally at slitting infant throats, Tamora Pierce, wtf? I handle gore well usually, but I went into this hoping for a gentle reunion with a childhood favourite series so I'm caught off guard. The full cast audiobook makes it worse. Jeez. I'm going soft."
