The title says it all. The author tries too hard to make his human characters eclectic, but it isn't too distracting. He went with the giant ape theory of sasquatch, which is a point of debate among the sasquatch hunters, but works well here.

Of course, a Bigfoot really is to blame, and things start getting out of hand. A diverse group of plucky townspeople band together to stop the menace.

A petty criminal is on the run after accidentally killing the son of a crime lord. He hi-jacks an air boat that is about to embark on a paid tour of the everglades. The passengers fight back, and the boat crashes...right into a baby skunk ape. Uh oh!
The skunk apes stalk and dismember most of the passengers in properly gory prose, and the passengers try to survive.
Better than any syfy channel movie, I'll tell you that!...more
