Windrocs are a bird of prey found only in Nagrand with a few breeds. Windrocs appear to have a matriarchal society, with all of the current windrocs descending from Gutripper. Windrocs can be found all over Nagrand, from the highest peaks to the lowest valleys.^[1]

• They may have some kind of relationship with the other major bird species on Draenor, the kaliri.
• Although most windrocs appear to be brown, some have black feathers which share a similar look with an off-breed of Kaliri, possibly the result of both species breeding with each other.
