When you complete the achievement 
[Challenge Conqueror: Silver], you will receive one 
[Ancestral Phoenix Egg] in the mail. This can be redeemed for a Violet Pandaren Phoenix mount. To redeem, visit Kai Featherfall located in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms, outside the Seat of Knowledge.
Since its source was made unobtainable with patch 6.0.2, players who had one of the mounts already automatically learned the other three mounts.
