Otis has purple skin and green eyes. He wears a red overalls with gold pins, a yellow pocket at the front, and a shirt variating from bright yellow or blue with light blue stripes.

PopPixie[]

On Pixieville Otis and an Owl appears many times helping Amore's Love Shop, with potions, cleaning and others functions.

In "Amore's Love Potion," Otis is left alone in the shop, and as he is in love with Penny but think he is not loved back he makes love potion that ends up accidentally making the inhabitants of Pixieville in love with the elves.
