Acquarioteca is a library in the Undersea Kingdom of Andros.

Overview[]

The library resides deep in the abyss, guarded day and night by a school of a hundred white sharks; it has existed for centuries and guards all secrets from the kingdom, above and under the sea, said to be more ancient and mysterious than Domino. Although completely immersed in water, it is specified to be full of perfectly dry books of all genres, ordered in an immense spiral of shelves that would "turn pale any terrestrial architect." It contained the book Andros: Inimici - Librum Arcanorum (Andros Enemies). The archeomagic site had evidences about the black pearls.

In Perle, the Winx used the Acquarioteca to search about the black pearls necklace finding out in the Andros Enemies book about Vires and the Obscure Force prophecy.

In Magic Ocean, the Acquarioteca was called as the secret library of the Kingdom of the Sea, said to house millions of volumes, and contained the Fortune Teller Book (Andros Enemies book).

• The name is a portmanteau of acqua (water) and biblioteca (library). It comes from the original Italian and currently has no official translation to English.
