Took image myself on 09/19/2009. The image is of a National City right before its conversion to PNC, complete with the new PNC sign being covered up by a tarp sign with the National City name.

National City Bank branch in Shenango Township, Pennsylvania near New Castle on September 19th, 2009 just before its conversion to PNC Bank. When businesses such as banks...buy out a rival company, they often will put up their own name on a new sign, then cover it up with the old name on tarp before they finish the conversion of that company to their own brand.
