Trophy #31 is a headdress made of bird bones and feathers that, while absolutely beautiful, is also chilling. It’s one of S.B. Ronson’s more spectacular pieces, and some of those bones aren’t avian but human. The headdress is haunted by the ghosts of the people and animals that made it, and they want vengeance. In 2024, after being leaked from the Stonecrop Institute's Mortimer Gallery by its sqeamish curator, the ghosts acted in unison to possess Miriam Kendall, the new owner of Trophy #31, compelling her to travel to Stonecrop and exact revenge.
