Torque is the Brujah Anarch Baron of the Bronx. He was a World War 2 veteran who was Embraced into the Brujah shortly after coming home from Europe.
Biography[]
Since then, he rooted himself in the local Anarch community, slowly becoming a trusted ally of many of his Kindred compatriots – but always remaining in Boss Callihan’s shadow. Torque was patient, knowing that any action he took against the Baron of New York City would surely create an uphill struggle.
He was involved in Baron Callihan's demise.
While Torque's heart has always been ready for a fight, the complexities of Kindred politics have shifted his focus toward brokering deals rather than breaking skulls. This change has lent him a newfound air of prudence and conservatism. Despite still having some clout among the less fierce Licks, Torque's position as a leader weakens by the night. His previous machinations have led him to a stalemate where he can do little more than engage in politicking. He resents that position, but the fear of losing his hard-earned gains paralyses him from taking decisive action. He forged a bond with Pádraic Conroy, who became his advisor after contributing to saving a handful of Licks, but this is the kind of relationship that might either usher the Anarchs into a Golden Age, or might just lead Torque straight to his doom.

Torque appears pragmatic to the Camarilla to maintain good relations between the sects. His haven in a brewery, deep within the Bronx. In recent times, he wants to get rid of Mia, his former right-hand, fearing her rising power among the Anarch community.
