Sahura is a Mummy from the first edition of the Mummy setting.
Biography[]
Sahu was born to a family of artisans already much in favor with the pharaoh Snefru. Sahu received an extensive education as a young man and became a scribe, first in the court of Snefru and then in the court of the pharaoh's son, Khufu. Sahu became famous for his depictions of the Egyptian sun god, Ra, and the priests of the sun god honored Sahu with the title added to his name, making it Shaura.
Sahura was gaining some reputation as a man of good craftsmanship and solid character when he was struck with a fatal disease just days after receiving an honorable commission to work on the Great Pyramid. He died shortly thereafter, but not before he was visited by the Cult of Isis.
Sahura has spent most of his immortal life as a student of different cultures and different eras. He is an honest and serene man of considerable learning and wisdom.
