Eli Dragsky is a scholar of the Tzimisce clan and the Sabbat Priscus of Moscow.
Biography[]
Eli shows great concern for the Revenant families. He believes all of them will eventually betray the Sabbat (as has already happened in the past). Therefore, he advocates their immediate destruction.
