Bridget McClusky is the director of Bishopsgate Mental Asylum, having occupied the position since 1992.

A generally good person in a bad situation, Director McClusky wishes to return Bishopsgate to a better state, where people can begin to heal. Among her actions to that end is the expansion of the asylum’s schoolhouse for its younger residents. She is stymied, however, by the sheer level of depravity that has sunk into the place.
The asylum (in truth, the malevolent, ghostly trio that makes up part of the board of directors) seems almost to be testing her, sending her way disasters tailored to her weaknesses.
