- Like IDOL, the lyrics are written in Japanese pronounced as English. OTNK refers to the word "ochinko" (おちんこ), a Japanese word for "penis". Additionally, while there are no official lyrics, the phrase "Looking for the ochinko" can be clearly heard in the chorus.
- In a Nico Nico Livestream, Momoko Gumi Company described the single as "a cute song about dicks and pussies".
