General Yuri Yakovlevich Dragorny (Russian: Юрий Яковлевич Драгорный) is a Russian major general who was identified as the leader of the Allegiance within the XNDUIW community, and he is an FSB agent, and he was suspected of committing heinous crimes against innocent people at Baktevyushestvo.

Biography[]

Born in Vladimir, Russia, he was born into a life of a so called mafia state, and promptly entered the Russian Mafia soon afterwards before entering politics under the United Russia party. He soon enlisted in the Russian Armed Forces, and subsequently became known as a brutal warlord within the community. He and his close friend Roman Balakhbanov had enlisted in the FSB and the OMON subsequently after working together, as the two have knew eachother since childhood.

On September 2022, he was sanctioned by Vyacheslav Medechev under the accusations of rampant war crimes, and he is currently the head of the military engagements of the Allegiance within XNDUIW too, and calls for him to be tried for war crimes being well-known for the Russian-backed forces as well. Asides from working in the FSB and OMON for the Russian army, he had a lot of experience in EMERCOM and other roles in the Russian government too, so he is considered armed and highly dangerous, as he has displayed pro-Russian and pro-Putin stances in regarding separatist activities.
