Character Biography[]
Physical Appearance[]
Dr. Octobot is a tall anthropomorphic robotic octopus. His head is somewhat bigger than the rest of his body, which is a trait similar to real-life octopus. The left side of his head is made of metal, and is a light grayish blue color, seperating that from the other side of his head is a darker grayish blue row of steel. On the right side of his head is a reddish pink color, with dark-colored spots somewhere near the top. There's two siphons on the lower area of both of the sides of his head, with the left being metal ,and the right being normal. There's gray cyclops shades on his face, with the inner color being a red color, small white eyes are also seen inside.
Dr. Octobot wears an indigo-colored outfit that somewhat resembles a typical super villain outfit. Around his "neck" is a red circular-shaped feature on the outfit, along with two of them on his upper body, and six on the lower proportion of his body. In the center of his outfit is a big red "O" shape with a light red pattern. There seems to be various red straps attached to his feature, which all connect to all of the red circular-shaped parts. Behind the outfit is a massive cape, the outer color being red, and the inner being a light purple color. Similar to real-life octopus, Dr. Octobot has 8 legs in total, 2 portraying as arms, there's 3 legs on each side of his body, making it 6 in total. These limbs are robotic and sport a grayish blue color, at the end of all of them are circular endings that lead to three finger-shaped features, two on the front and one on the other side.
Background[]
Dr. Octobot is a super villain cyborg octopus with superhuman intelligence. Serving as the main antagonist of the Mr. Fin the Agent Shark franchise. He's a masterminded Inventor who typically creates machinery, and his own gadgets, he also occasionally upgrades himself by adding gadgets to himself in most episodes/comics. Dr. Octobot has proven to be cruel and violent, where he brutally puts his captured victims through extreme pain while removing and replacing half their body and appendages with mechanical parts, similar to Dr. Octobot himself. An interesting detail about the villain is that he brought Mr. Fin back to life, the main titular protagonist of the series with robotic abilities who would become an agent of the underwater city, Blue Mount Reef city (the main location of the series)
Basically, prior to the series Mr. Fin was brutally attacked and killed by a currently unnamed antagonistic killer whale character, who didn't eat him because he only killed him out of sport. Dr Octobot would mange to find Mr. Fin's corpse, and he would fortunately (or unfortunately) revive the shark into a cyborg. Mr. Fin was meant to serve as Dr. Octobot's butler and right-hand man, however he'd notice Dr. Octobot's villainous actions, and was forced to participate within these, meaning Mr. Fin has unfortunately committed multiple acts of crime. Soon, Mr. Fin would manage to escape Dr. Octobot, who absolutely didn't take this well. Octobot would of course take this as a betrayal, especially as he revived Mr. Fin. As a result, Dr. Octobot heavily dislikes Mr. Fin, including his friends. And wants them to suffer. He often stalks Fin, mentally tormenting the cyborg shark about his past, which heavily impacts Mr. Fin as it was on the day his normal life was ended, where he's know forced to put up with villains on a daily basis, especially Dr. Octobot himself, the one who revived him.
Personality[]
Dr. Octobot is highly intelligent, and has lots of knowledge about technology, machinery and Mr. Fin, whom Dr. Octobot has a major hatred for. He's depicted to be highly cruel and violent, putting his unfortunate victims through extreme pain as he turns their body parts and appendages into metallic, mechanical parts which he often turns into his minions and uses as weapons, often used to attack Mr. Fin and add even more stress upon the shark. It should be said that Dr. Octobot is rarely seen by the other characters in the series, but they're all awareness his existence, the only one who has seen Dr. Octobot, that being up close-up as well is of course, Mr. Fin. He typically hides himself from others, letting them not see his appearance mainly due to wanting his physical appearance to remain anonymous and mysterious to the sea citizens, the main reason mostly being because he's somewhat insecure about his physical appearance. He hides himself all the while sending out armies of captured, robotic-turned sea creatures at Blue Mount Reef.
Dr. Octobot has gained a major hatred for Mr. Fin, thinking he betrayed him after Dr. Octobot revived him. This would lead to Dr. Octobot and Mr. Fin's rivalry, which serves as Fin's biggest rivalry relationship when in comparison with the other villains, and most especially, the worst one. Dr. Octobot is extremely cruel and manipulative, using Mr. Fin's dark past as an advantage; often tormenting him about it repeatedly, and constantly sending out armies of robotic-turned sea creatures which just add more stress to Mr. Fin. It's estimated the plan here is to drive Mr. Fin mentally insane, considering he constantly has to put up with many supervillains on a daily basis and rarely gets to relax nor rest his mind, he won't be able to keep himself together for long, he's going to go mentally insane and might hurt the other innocent sea citizens. He's going to have Mr. Fin commit the crimes he was revived to do.
Powers/Skills[]
Superhuman intelligence[]
This is actually a trait real-life octopus have, being one of the most intelligent creatures in not only the sea, but in the animal kingdom, alongside dolphins, chimpanzees, elephants, etc. Dr. Octobot is an Inventor, and has created various technology and machinery, and turnd hundreds if not thousands of innocent sea creatures into cyborgs, which he uses as weapons and servants.
Superhuman strength[]
With his powerful mechanical limbs, he's capable of throwing various kinds of heavy objects such as submarines, large machinery and sea creatures and in most instances, entire buildings.
Superhuman durability[]
As he is a cyborg with half of his body being hard metal, he's very durable, being thrown and tossed against various objects, and has survived multiple attacks to the head without getting brain damages nor concussions. He's also taken many hits from Mr. Fin,.
Agility/Speed[]
He's capable of moving at very unexpectedly high rates of speed, whether it be in water or on land with his 6 legs. Dr. Octobot is easily capable of doing various back/front flips and diving down at extremely high rates of speed. He's also dodged many of Mr. Fin's attacks without a sweat, considering that he did revive him with robotic capabilities, he's aware of what Mr. Fin Is capable of.
Multiple robotic limbs[]
Being an octopus, albiet a robotic one, he has 8 long and powerful robotic tentacles. Despite being constructed of metal, they're still very flexible similar to that of normal octopus tentacles. Having multiple limbs, he's of course capable of grabbing multiple objects at once and tossing them. These robotic appendages can even blast lasers from the circular endings.
Laser blasters[]
From the openings on the circular-shaped parts at the end of his tentacles, a powerful laser blasts from it, which is capable of disintegrating just about anything, and can also cause a fire on land. Considering these laser blasters are features on all of his tentacles. Dr. Octobot has the powerful ability to blast either two or eight lasers at the same time. Which is enough power to form an explosion underwater and form a tsunami.
Laser/X-ray vison[]
With the cyclops features on his face, he's capble of shooting lasers from his eyes, which form just about the same amount of damage as the laser blasters that blast from his tentacles. He also can see through walls and other various objects.
Swimming skills[]
Being an aquatic creature born in the water, he's capable of swimming perfectly, especially with his multiple limbs, which allows him to swim a bit more faster than other sea creatures in the series.
Underwater/On-land breathing[]
Being an aquatic creature born in the water, he's capable of breathing underwater, and can survive on land for quite some time mainly due to him being part cyborg, which Mr. Fin is also caable of.
Trivia[]

- He's one of the strongest villains in Mr. Fin th Agent Shark.
- A thing that adds more to his uniqueness is that he rarely speaks, in which he can speak, albiet in a robotic tone of course.
- Due to how his cyclops feature looks, it constantly looks like Dr. Octobot has an angry expression, which makes him more intimidating towards other characters.
