Gremlin Prescott is a major character in the Epic Mickey video game series, being a supporting character of Epic Mickey its remake, Epic Mickey: Rebrushed and the secondary antagonist of Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two. He runs the Gag Factory in OsTown, and former friend of Gus turned enemy.
He is voiced by Dominic Keating.
Biography[]
Epic Mickey / Epic Mickey: Rebrushed[]
Once Mickey arrives at OsTown, Mickey can either Thinner or Paint the Gag Factory, freeing Prescott, who will asked Mickey to go inside his house the destroyed the Wrench, will result in Prescott destroying the Telephone as an act of revenge. He never appears again in the game.
Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two[]
He returns in Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two when Mickey, Gus, and Oswald ask him for help, which he reluctantly agreed to help them, while secretly destroyed his own creations, Small Pete finds some sets of wind-up teeth stuck in the works of the projectors, implied Prescott is one behind it. At Floatyard, Mickey and Oswald battle his automated cannon with Mickey's face which can be defeated on the player’s choices. Then, battling a giant robot version of himself, the heroes defeat, he tells them he wasn’t supposed to lose, Gus asked who, and he revealed the Mad Doctor prevents this by his hopper that brainwashed him, having him convinced the heroes be the mastermind and sent to jail. Prescott, who was freed of his hypnosis, is last seen held by Pete, who throws him into an projector screen, scheming a plan involving him.
Personality[]
In Epic Mickey, much like other gremlins, is friendly and willing to help Mickey. He is shown to be sadistic as shown when he asked Mickey to going inside his house to destroy the Telephone in revenge. However in The Power of Two, he became rude, cocky, and selfish and blamed Gus for not giving his intelligence being "wasted" and turned into this due to the Mad Doctor brainwashing him to turn on them.

- Prescott is the only Gremlin in the games shown to have malicious intent.
- Many fans believe Prescott's destruction of the Telephone in Epic Mickey may have foreshadowed his darker nature in Epic Mickey 2.
- In the first game, his outfit is blue while in the sequel his outfit is purple. Why this change is unclear.
