Noel Kluggs is a minor antagonist in the 2007 horror film Rob Zombie’s Halloween, the remake of John Carpenter's 1978 slasher film classic of the same name. He was portrayed by Lew Temple, who has also portrayed Marvin in Trailer Park of Terror.

- He is extremely disrespectful to his superior Ismael Cruz despite him being presumably a trainee.
- He is racist to Ismael Cruz for no apparent reason.
- Mocks Michael and Ismael’s friendship telling Ismael "you got feelings for this big idiot."
- He threatens Michael telling him that he’ll come in his room one fight and mess it up.
- He gropes inmate Karen Mercy.
- He gets the idea for him and his cousin to rape Karen in Michael’s cell.
- He and Kendall both rape Karen in Michael’s cell taunting him.
- He touches Michael’s mask that he made over the years in Smith’s Grove despite Ismael even telling him that Michael doesn’t like it when his mask’s are touched.
- When being attacked by Michael he says that he was only kidding.
- His and his cousins actions caused Michael to escape from Smith’s Grove
- While his death of having his head bashed against a wall is horrifying it is not played for sympathy in any way.
Why He Doesn’t Stand Out?[]
- His crimes account to generic abuse and rape making him bog-standards which he fails the heinous standard to Michael Myers.
- He genuinely cares for his cousin attempting to beat Michael with a baton to avenge Kendall.
