- Occasionally, Barney would not give the user an extra chance after wasting all of them and goes straight into jumpscaring, and later breaking the device.
- He doesn't feel remorse for destroying the computers.
- To make matters even worse, his jumpscares and arsons did endangered multiple people.
- While he does have a tragedy of his show getting cancelled and not longer being able to teach and help children, it does not excuse his villainy, and he rarely mentions them.

Why He Doesn't Stand Out?[]
- While him putting numerous people in fatal danger is enough to pass the general baseline, he fails the heinous standards of GoAnimate to the hosts of character eliminations, who don't give extra chances to the contestants and constantly kill the interns.
- He comes from a parody and sometimes comes from GoAnimate, meaning he is played for laughs.
- He is a villain by proxy, as Barney warns the users multiple times not to make him turn into his evil mode.
- When the user wastes all the chances, Barney would usually give the user an extra chance.

- It's currently unknown what would happen if the timer ran out with no wasted chances. However, considering that the Barney Error videos always ended with puzzles, it will possibly be the same case, and Barney will likely take a terrifying form to jumpscare the user if the puzzle was not done correctly. If this becomes true, it could make him even worse.
