Grayson's Journal was the journal in which Grayson wrote about his experiments on vampires while he was a part of the Augustine. After his death, Wes came into possession of the journal. In September 2011 Elena stole the journal from Wes, only to throw it in the fireplace a couple of hours later.

More success. Subject was exposed to 4,000 volts today. Seizing continues after electrocution. Flesh remains hot to the touch."
