One of the things I notice is "since its days as a monarchy." Has Cordelia renounced it and all claims to succession of Archduchess, and Parliament abolished the monarchy? I'm just wondering because titles below King and Queen, when sovereign, are refered to as monarchs too, at least as far as I know. Or do they mean from when Gallia was a Kingdom? Gallia is a dutchy and cordilia is still it's dutchess (in VC2) - this is in part a cause of the civil war that the game is based around.
