ZEUS: Control, short for "Zymurgical Eugenics Utopia Sector Control", is the underground research & development section of Galloway and Galloway where the company developed a process for breeding and training super–powered beings such as the Troublemakers. Factions within the company itself were divided over whether this should have been used for economic gain or for benevolent purposes.
