Summary[]
Juiz welcomes Andy and Fuuko to The Union. Tatiana instantly punches Andy for killing Gina, but Billy tells her to calm down as fighting among members is prohibited. Andy had managed to cut the fingers of Tatiana's robotic arm and that annoys her. Juiz then tells them to stop making Andy point his sword at Fuuko and Tatiana point her guns at Billy. Both Tatiana and Andy then calm down and Andy apologizes to Fuuko, but comments it got them results.
As they sit around the table, Juiz calls Apocalypse, who open his eyes and rips six pages from himself saying that there are six quests this time. The capture of UMA Burn will reward them with 11th seat. The capture of UMA Eat will reward them with the location of Negator Unburn. Neutralization of UMA Language will reward them with unification of all languages. Capture of Negator Unseen will reward them with location of UMA Call. Capture of UMA Past will reward them with location of artifact Rebellion. And capture of UMA Spoil will reward them with location of Negator Unrepair. If the quests are to fulfill until August 31st, as penalty UMA Galaxy will be added. As he explains which quest how many participants it can have, Apocalypse tells them to choose their quests. Juiz tells Nico Vorgeil to run analyze on the data. As he does, he explains that they should prioritize the first three quests, with Burn having the highest priority due to the most valuable reward and give up on the last quest as they lack data and may lose face. Juiz accepts what Nico recommends and prepares to split the quests between them. Fuuko asks Top, who sits next to her, what Apocalypse is, and he explains he is the first artifact found on Earth. When all ten Negators sit on the roundtable, it opens and forces unreasonable impossible quests on them. If they succeed, they get rewards, but if they fail, they get penalties. Fuuko wonders if they should play along, as Gina commented, no matter how much she tried, nothing changed. Juiz explains that 98 times rules were added to Earth, like sex, language, race, death, sickness and every three months, new penalties are added even without their intervention. Because of that, they intervene, and their forces needs to be strong in order to accomplish those quests. By gaining those rewards, they grow strong and one day will achieve their goal, to kill the being that forces those rules on Earth, the God who resides on the other side of the book. Juiz explains that only ten negators can take quests and because of that they need substitutes. She ordered the disposal of Unluck but apologizes for it and comments she invited them due to Shen's recommendation. As Fuuko is still not satisfied, Juiz tells her to become the number one as leadership is determined by the one with the greatest number of results.
Andy then steps on the table and opens Apocalypse mouth asking which is the hardest quest. Apocalypse then bites his hands and tells him its Spoil. Andy then tells him that he, Fuuko and Shen will take it. Shen tries to stop this, but Apocalypse accepts the request and assigns them the quest.
