[It started at the dojo where Raph and Donnie are sparring together. ]
Raph: Don't worry, Donnie. I'm in a good mood today. I'll go easy on you.
Donnie: Don't do me any favors, Raph. Um, in fact, maybe you'll be the one who gets gone easy on by me. So yeah.
Mikey: Worst smack talk ever.
Splinter: Hajime!
[Raph rushed toward Donnie as he spun his staff and knocked Raph’s knees and off his feet.]
Donnie: Hey! I got him! April, did you see? (April shrugs happily, Raph catches him in his sai then swings him) Ow!
Raph: Say hi to Mikey. [High-Pitched.] Hi, Mikey!
Mikey: Donnie, ha ha! Amazing! I didn't even see his lips move. He's like a puppet who can throw his voice to himself. Wait.
Splinter: Yame! Raphael, that is enough.
[Raph throws Donnie onto the ground.]
Raph: Thanks for going easy on me.
Donnie: Ugh.
[theme song]
[After training]
Donnie: [to Raph] What the heck was that?
Raph: What? Just having fun. You know how much Mikey loves the Donnie puppet.
Donnie: Dude! April was watching.
Raph: Pretty sure she liked it too. Wait, you still think you have a shot with her?
Donnie: Well, I mean, I-
Raph: Wow! That is so adorable! And sad. It's "sadorable. " If you want to impress April, better leave me out of it.
Mikey: Not bad! Needs more drums!
[April opened up an email, and suddenly she heard scrambled sounds.]
Leo: What was that?
April: I don't know. Some random email I got. It just started playing by itself.
Donnie: Sounds like some sort of telemetric sine wave sub carrier.
Leo: Uh, dumb that down a notch?
Donnie: It's an interference modulation used to encrypt covert transmi-
[Mikey stops Donnie, putting his finger to his mouth and shaking his head.]
Mikey: Not enough notches.
Donnie: A secret message!
April: Who would be sending me a secret message?
[Later, everyone is sleeping except for Donnie who was in his lab. He is figuring out how to translate and recognize a voice.]
Kirby: April, it's dad.
Donnie: [gasps] Mr. O'Neil!
Kirby: I pray you get this message. I've been moved to a secret Kraang facility. Send help, April. If you can, send help.
Donnie: Oh, man. Guys? Listen to-
Raphael's voice: If you wanna impress April, better leave me out of it.
[He looks and thinks it over and grabs his bo.]
Donnie: We'll see who's sadorable.
[Outside, Donnie comes out of the sewer and starts to head to the location Kirby had given him.]
[In the lair, Leo wakes up yawning, he sees that his brothers are still sleeping.]
Leo: Anyone seen Donnie?
[Raph wakes up followed by Mikey who removes the popcorn bag.]
Mikey: Not since yesterday. Wait! Do dreams count? 'Cause last night, I dreamt Donnie and me were rodeo detectives, and there w-
Leo: Can it, Mikey. I'm serious.
Mikey: Okay. But you'll never find out who stole the buckaroo diamond!
Leo: You through?
Mikey: Yeah. It was the clown!
Leo: Donnie?!
[They looked in the lab but he wasn't here. Mikey looks at the laptop.]
Mikey: Guys, I think I know where Donnie went.
Leo: Where?
Raph: Oh, there.
Leo: That's the secret message. Obviously, he followed it.
Raph: After he figured out what it was.
Mikey: What would Donnie do? What would Donnie do?
Raph: Gimme that thing!
[Raph shakes the laptop but Leo stops it and takes it.]
Leo: Or what would Donnie do if he was doing an impression of Raph?
Kirby's voice: April, it's dad. I pray you get this message. I've been moved to a secret Kraang facility.
April: Dad?
[Meanwhile, Donnie is climbing on the rooftops to find the location on his T-Phone.]
Donnie: Huh. Doesn't seem very Kraangy.
[He jumped down and started to sneak past. He opened the garage door, picking the lock and sneaked inside. He looked around, hearing a noise. Unknown to him, the Kraang appears from behind.]
Kraang: It is one of the ones called the turtles.
[Donnie knocks him out, then he crushes the droid killing the krang.]
Donnie: Looks like you could use a tune-up, huh? Yeah. Right? Am I right? Who's the hero now?
[Lasers fire at him]
Donnie: Ho-ly cow! [High-Pitched.] No response necessary.
[He dodges the lasers. Meanwhile, Leo, Mikey and Raph run across the rooftop.]
Leo: Why would Donnie try to rescue April's dad by himself?
Raph: Uh, maybe because I told him he has no shot with April?
Leo: What? Why would you say that?
Raph: Because he has no shot with April.
Leo: Well, yeah, but you don't tell him that.
Mikey: The heart's a soft muscle, man. A soft muscle. Squish.
[Donnie dodged the krang as he rushed forward .One of the lasers activated a panel. He drops down screaming as he goes deep below.]
Splinter: April, today, I will train your mind. Close your eyes. Listen to the silence. I know what you are thinking, April, but it is best for you to remain here.
April: Sensei, that message was from my father. I should be up there!
Splinter: The best way to be reunited with your father is to wait here. Now, again, close your eyes and listen for my movement. Listen for the silence.
[April closed her eyes.]
April: How can I listen for the silence?
Splinter: You weren't listening. Listen deeply. Again.
April: [Sighs.] Okay. Listen deeply.
[She hears something. a ringing voice and a whisper.]
April: Well, I heard you that time.
Splinter: Heard what? I did not move.
April: Then what's that sound? You hear that, right? It's coming from... It's coming from down there! Let's follow it!
[They began to investigate.]
Splinter: I hear nothing.
April: Really?
Splinter: Hmm. [Sniffs.] Most curious, April, that you are hearing something I cannot. Well done. [notices April is gone] April? April!
[In the sewers, April began to listen again and hear the weird sound. Meanwhile, Donnie had been in the secret underground chamber. He used stealth and began to attack the soldiers. He slid his phone at the kraang as a distraction and knocked it down.]
Donnie: It's for me. And that's for you.
[He knocks him out of the suit, making the alien crash into the wall. Entering the console room, Donnie looks at the monitors and finds Kirby.]
Donnie: Mr. O'Neil!
[He starts to unlock the cell, but ends up locking all the other cells, including one. A slimy foot stepped out and began to climb above the railings. Lights began to go out. One of the droids is grabbed by the head.]
Kraang: That which is the criminal has escaped! He wishes to retrieve the weapons which are of his.
[The droids end up getting defeated and swallowed by the creature alive. He started to grab some of his armor as he roared. Outside, Leo, Raph and Mikey arrive at the garage.]
Raph: Are you sure this is the right place?
Leo: Either Donnie's here, Or the garage mechanic stole his lock pick.
Mikey: So the mechanic could break into his own place? Come on, Leo, think this stuff through, dude! Let's move! Uh, you knew that. All right. You say it.
Leo: Let's move.
[Leo opens the garage]
Mikey: Yeah! [Raph whacks him] Punk.
[Meanwhile, Donnie carefully walks through the corridors and he hears something. He continued on and looked inside. He opens it.]
Donnie: Hello? Mr. O'Neil? It's me. Donatello?
Kraang: The turtle which is the one who has gained entry has found the captive. Exactly as Kraang had planned the plan.
Kraang 2: Yes, the plan is going according to plan.
Kirby: Thank goodness you've come!
[He hugs him]
Donnie: Right. Um, shall we go?
Kirby: Immediately.
[They begin to leave]
Kirby: I thought that you might be able to decipher my message.
Donnie: Well, it wasn't so bad. You used a basic DVB scramble algorithm, so I just-
Both: Flopped the ECM datastream.
[They hear something move and notice the doors open.]
Kirby: Donatello, why are all the other cells open?
Donnie: I must have opened them when I let you out, but they were all empty.
Kirby: I'm not so sure about that.
[another growl.]
Donnie: Okay, don't worry. Whatever this is, I'm sure I can handle-
[They both scream when the creature leaped off from the ceiling. They saw that it was a giant fire belly newt. He is black with an orange underbelly with muscular arms. He wore white silver armor on his shoulders and belt as two orange eyes blink.]
Donnie: On second thought, sir, you might want to worry just a little.
[it started to fire his weapon]
Donnie: What is that thing!
Kirby: You must've accidentally released one of the Kraang's alien experiments.
Donnie: It looks like some family of salamandridae, if I'm not mistaken.
Kirby: With that proboscis? It's clearly a pleurodelinae, a newt.
[A disc flies past them and they dodged the explosion.]
Donnie: Newtralizrer is more like it. By the way, prefer if you don't tell Mikey I named something without him. He's kind of protective about that.
[In the garage.]
Raph: Pretty sure Donnie took this guy out.
Leo: How can you tell?
Raph: He looks bored to death.
Mikey:[riding a car] Hey, guys. Check out my ride.
[He drives the car, causing them to get out of the way and activate the opening of the entrance.]
Leo: [impressed] Nice, Mikey!
Mikey: Oh, yeah.
Raph: Do not say "I meant to do that. "
Leo: Let's move.
[They jump inside and enter the hideout. They looked and found a few droid bodies. ]
Raph: He must've gone through this door.
[Raph tried to stab through but Leo stops him]
Leo: Again, what would Donnie have done?
[They think it over]
Mikey: Hmm. Oh! I got it!
[They tried to ram the alien robot, but then the alarm blared.]
Mikey: Boy, Donnie's idea was terrible!
Kraang: Why is that which is called alarm sounding that which is called the alarm?
Kraang 2: Something which is not the plan is occurring.
Leo: We got company!
[They charge at the krang aliens. Meanwhile, Donnie and Kirby run through the corridors but they are surrounded.]
Donnie: Other way!
[They turn only to meet face to face with the Newtralizer.]
Donnie: Okay. Maybe the solo mission wasn't such a good idea.
[The alien started to fire his laser as Donnie and Kirby took cover.]
Donnie: Come on! Phew!
Kirby: You are aware this is a detention facility. You just locked us in a cell.
Donnie: A affirmative. Um, I think I can get us out. [Newtralizer appears] Aaahhhh! Eventually!
[Meanwhile. April is still searching for something.]
April: Listen to the silence. Listen deeply.
[She listens until she knows it's coming from this tunnel.]
April: That way!
[She follows and finds a main sewer. She dug through and saw a strange white orb.]
Kraang: The Kraang communication device Kraang searches for is activated in this vicinity. Kraang is that which they call idiotic.
[April is hiding in the corner. She sighs in relief. Meanwhile, the turtles are searching for Donnie.]
Leo: I don't like the sound of that.
Mikey: Maybe if we ignore it it'll go away. Someone's not ignoring it.
[Newtralizer appears and fires his weapon.]
Raph: Move!
Donnie: Okay, if I jump the resistors [Boom] the door should open.
Raph: Donnie!
Leo: Mr. O'Neil.
Mikey: Big, beady-eyed, lizardy thing with weapons!
[Newtralizer roars.]
Kirby: Donatello calls it the Newtralizer.
Mikey: You named something without me?
[They run into the control room. Donnie notices the angry look on Mikey]
Mikey: [upset] You named something without me?
[The Newtralizer bangs on the door.]
Leo: We gotta get out of this prison.
Kirby: Technically, this is a detention center. The difference being that-
Raph: Not now, Donnie. Oh, sorry, Mr. O'Neil. Great. Now there's two of them.
[The kraang droids appear in the opposite direction. They start to fight off the robots.]
Mikey: Little help!
Donnie: How about some big help?
Leo: Not really the time to check your email.
Donnie: I'm guessing if they had the Newtralizer locked up, it wasn't because he was their friend.
[he unlocks the door. Newtralizer steps in and snarls.]
Raph: Apparently, he likes trashing Kraang.
Mikey: Who doesn't?
[They run away as the droids get all defeated by Newtralizer's blasters.]
All: Yeah!
[The Newtralizer lifted his gun.]
All: No!
[They retreat to the elevator, running away from the explosion.]
Donnie: We've gotta access the control panel.
Raph: Got it!
Donnie: Raph. I got it.
Raph: Oh, really?
Donnie: Really.
[He turned on the panel with the sai and lifted them high in the van in which they crashed.]
Donnie: Close one, huh?
[Newtralizer arrives as well]
Leo: Let's split up. Donnie, you get Mr. O'Neil out of here.
[They start to fight the Newtralizer. Once they are fighting, Kirby and Donnie retreat. Donnie and Kirby quickly get away as Donnie throws a smoke bomb at him, Mikey leaps on the newt's head as Raph and Leo lunge and charge at the alien newt. before they were knocked down. Mikey drives one of the cars and crashes the Newtralizer.]
Mikey: Booyakasha!
Both: Mikey!
Mikey: Don't worry. I wore my seatbelt. [climbs out]
Raph: Come on.
[They began to leave the garage. Unknown to them, the Newtralizer escaped.]
[Meanwhile, April is staring at the orb.]
Splinter: Hmm. Interesting. But I'm curious how you hear the sound but I do not.
April: Maybe it's why the Kraang are after me.
[The turtles arrive with Kirby.]
Kirby: April?
April: Dad? Dad! [embraces him] Oh, dad, I can't believe it! You guys saved my dad! Thank you so much.
Raph: The guy you really should be thanking is Donnie.
Donnie: Well, I-
Raph: Seriously! You should've seen him. He was-[making fighting noises]
Donnie: Raph, I think that's a little-
Raph: We kept saying, "careful, Donnie, it's too dangerous. " And Donnie was like, "Danger? Ha! Nothing'll stop me. "
Donnie: Thank you! Thank you, Raphael. [Laughing.] Those weren't my exact words, but Ah-
April: Thank you, Donnie.
[April hugs him and Donnie giggling goofily, falling down.]
Raph: Well, I tried.
Mikey: Dude, I'd say you succeeded.
Kraang: The plan which has been set into motion has taken the motion in which the plan has been set.
Shredder: That alien creature of yours nearly thwarted our objective.
Kraang: Kraang did not expect the turtle known as Donatello to release him. Fortunately for Kraang, this error did not prevent the planned escape of the human who is called Kirby O'Neil.
Shredder: The turtles have undoubtedly brought O'Neil back to their lair. Soon, vengeance will be ours.
April: It's good to have you back.
Kirby: It's good to be back.
[Kirby hugs his daughter...but then his eyes turn red and looks evilly at the camera, indicating that Kraang is controlling him...]
[Episode ends mysteriously.]
