Plot[]
The Turtles and April are in Amsterdam, Holland, the Turtles having shipped the Turtle Van there in a large crate. April's job there is to cover the showing of the world-famed Duchess Diamond, which Donatello says is the biggest, most perfect diamond in the world.
In Dimension X, Krang is coveting the diamond, hoping to use it to finish his Laser Dimension Blade, which will cut through the dimensions and bring the Technodrome back to Earth. Shredder, Rocksteady and Bebop are dispatched to go steal it.
Michelangelo is lamenting the lack of pizza in Amsterdam when he spots the enemy trio landing in a net of fish. After a brief fight, Shredder and his mutants manage to elude the Turtles in a motorboat, and head to the exhibition of the diamond in disguises. Meanwhile, a diamond thief named Spats Sparkle is scheming to steal the diamond for himself. His accomplice switches off the light so that Spats can replace the diamond with a fake, and Shredder then steals the fake.
In all the hubbub, Spats sneaks the diamond into April's bag, and the police immediately suspect her because she was close to the case. The Turtles rescue her and Irma before any further questions can be asked, and escape into the sewer. Spats and his accomplice follow them and snatch April and her bag.
In a dilapidated windmill, Shredder finishes the Laser Dimension Blade, only for the fake diamond to explode. Donatello detects this and discerns that the abortive beam can fracture both dimensions, and the only solution is to use the real diamond to send out a corrective beam.
Meanwhile, April has been imprisoned over a vat of fondue at a cheese factory, and Donatello successfully tracks the signal there. Shredder and his mutants are also waiting there to attack, only to be driven back by the Turtles assaulting them with cheese. Michelangelo rescues April, and Spats loses the diamond. Though Raphael initially gets his hands on it, Shredder eventually is the one who claims it.
The Turtles manage to track the stench of a cheese-doused Rocksteady and Bebop to the windmill, and as the tremors get progressively worse, Donatello sends out a corrective beam. As the Turtles run away, the windmill is pulled into Dimension X and crashes through the side of the Technodrome.
As the story closes out, Irma and April gift the Turtles with their long-sought pizza.
