The Amulet of the Acolytes is a mystical medallion that aids acolytes of the Ninja Tribunal to focus and amplify their inner power. It allows them to channel their chi until they learn to do so on their own.
The Turtles and their fellow acolytes receive these Amulets during the episode Lap of the Gods. Kon-Shisho explains the Amulets to them, though Raphael sees them as "dog collars".
The amulets are destroyed following the defeat of The Tengu Shredder.
