Taisho is a popular onigiri shop that sells some of the best rice balls in the Human World. Taisho is owned and managed by "Onigiri General" Makubee, one of the top 100 chefs in the world.

During the Gourmet Corp.'s invasion of Cooking Festival, Makubee was dealt a severe hit by a Nitro's spear and it is unknown if he survived the attack. As his survival is uncertain, it is unknown what became of his restaurant after the fall of the Meteor Spice.
