Sanzu River Poison Lizard (サンズガワドクトカゲ) is one of the many ingredients used in the game of Food Concentration. It is a specially prepared poisonous ingredient. Livebearer was able to prepare and eat it. According to Komatsu, removing its poison takes considerable skill. In the anime, when cooking this ingredient one needs to maintain boiling water at exactly 80 degrees and as it is cooking, remove any scum from the water along with the venom.
