The Thing!! is the 18th chapter of the Toriko manga.
Short Summary[]
A GT Robo swims out of the lake, alarming Coco and Toriko. It passes by Toriko, Coco, and Komatsu, seemingly harmless, though with a terrifying aura. It eventually attacks an onset of people and has a run in with the Gourmet police.
Long Summary[]
The chapter opens with various large predators gored and dead inside the lake. A mysterious creature appears from the lake, surprising Toriko and Coco. They tell Komatsu to stay away from the creature, as they begin to assume their attack positions. (Coco using his full powered poison and Toriko with his muscular stretch).
The mysterious creature, seemingly unaffected, walks by and passes them, seemingly ignoring them. Coco states that there was evidence of magnetic radiations emanating from the creature, declaring that said creature was not a living thing.
The scene ends with the mysterious creature killing various people on the sandy beach and passing by them.
