Mirror Image is an episode of the third season of The Tom and Jerry Show (2014). It is the 207st episode overall.
Synopsis[]
When Tom jumps into a haunted mirror, a evil version of Tom inside the mirror trades places with him. Will he be able to swap places back?
Plot[]
Jerry and Tuffy try to take a pie then Tom notices. The mice smash the pie in Tom's face then Tom's fur (tufts of hair and cheeks) becomes untidy. Tom breaks a mirror after he tries to smooth his fur but it becomes messy again. Every mirror he checks, it breaks. He finds a magic mirror then sees another Tom (that is not his reflection), puts his hand through it and gets pulled in as the evil version takes his place. Tom sees the mirror world, explores it, sees more evil versions of himself and gets chased around.
After counting 13 mirrors, Tuffy shows his calucations of 7 years bad luck equals 91 years along with a real four leaf clover, lucky penny and rabbit's foot to prevent anymore and Jerry gives him a thumbs up. The evil Tom fidgets around with object in the hallway when he hears a voice, jumps in the portait, watches Jerry and Tuffy carrying another pie and follows them. The mice see the evil Tom, throws the pie which removes his head off and run away. The Evil Tom attaches his head back and continues the chase. Jerry and Tuffy hide around the corner until Mirror Tom finds them and they head into the stuffed elephant's mouth and get spitted out through its trunk.
Jerry and Tuffy close the door but the evil Tom jumps through the key hole in dulpicate form, eats up a bowl of fruit and flies like a plane while shooting at them. Jerry and Tuffy run into another room, barricade the door and back to their lucky charms but the evil Tom reappears on the right causing the rabbit to drive away in his magic hat. Jerry and Tuffy jump in the cat bed as the evil Tom throws an axe at it making the mice split up. The Evil Tom traps Jerry under the coffee cup with a big book on top and changes into a version of him, takes Tuffy to the magic mirror and throws him inside. Multiples of Tuffys all come out dancing as the real Tom comes landing down and gives Tuffy an explanation for all this. Jerry is being chased by the evil Tom, sees the mirror and was about to touch it but Tuffy told him he'll get stuck in with them and get the other cat to do it. The Evil Cat grabs Jerry and tries throwing him in the mirror but he holds on tight as Tuffy and the real Tom get ready to strike. The Evil Cat finally throws Jerry in but his arm phases through the mirror allowing Tom to grab it and pull his evil version inside flipping it around and jumps back to their own world with Jerry and Tuffy.
Tom kisses Jerry and Tuffy while his evil verison gets chased by the other cat lookalikes. The trio all laugh until Tom's face gets messy all over again prompting him to comb it while checking himself in the magic mirror but Jerry and Tuffy prevented that by knocking him out with a mallet. The mice drag Tom out of the room by the foot as Tuffy comments "It was for his own good" ending the episode.
