Tobidase Ippou-san Hachamecha Kaishingeki (飛び出せ一方さん ハチャメチャ快進撃, Tobidase Ippou-san Hachamecha Kaishingeki^?, lit. "Sally Forth, Mr. Accel! A Madcap Onslaught!") is the first episode of the bonus short animation parody of the Toaru Kagaku no Accelerator anime. It was first released on October 30, 2019 in limited edition copies of the first Blu-ray and DVD releases of Toaru Kagaku no Accelerator.^[1]

• A Kōan is is a story, dialogue, question, or statement, which is used in Zen-practice to provoke the "great doubt", and test a student's progress in Zen practice. Ikkyu-san is a folk hero in Japan, and a Zen Buddhist monk that uses koans. The manga Ikkyū-san, which was referenced in the Ippou-san skits in this short, as well in Index-tan 6 and Index-tan 7 shorts, is based on the monk.

• Most animation from the first five episodes of Toaru Kagaku no Accelerator are reused, albeit in different shading to fit within the backgrounds. New animation were used as well.
