Michael Bell is an American actor and voice actor, who is married to his colleague Victoria Carroll. He has done a lot of voices throughout his career, most notably for Rugrats, on which he voiced Drew Pickles and Chas Finster. Other work of his includes the Collector in Bonkers, Swoop, Prowl, and many others in the 1980s Transformers, Duke, Xamot, and many other in the 1980s G.I. Joe, High Tide in Transformers: Rescue Bots, Zan, Gleek, and the Riddler/Edward Nigma in several Justice Leagueseries, Peter Jacob in Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem, Raziel in Legacy of Kain, and Lawrence in Ratchet & Clank.
On the Disney Afternoon, he voiced Quackerjack and Specter McHex in Darkwing Duck.
