Celestial Eye ｢天球眼, tenkyūgan｣ is an Extra skill wielded by Frey. It's an ocular-type skill that enhances the user's vision tremendously and doubles as a form of clairvoyance.

Provides the user with immense visual prowess, rivaling or even surpassing the performance of Heavenly Eye, to such a degree that the user can easily see in any condition, even ones that normally make it impossible to see.[1] In addition to the expected capability to directly see Magicules and other spiritual matter with extreme precision, Celestial Eye also doubles as a form of clairvoyance that allows the user to see every minute detail within an area whose coordinates are known, disregarding conditions such as distance or line of sight, making it especially effective for aerial reconnaissance. When taken to its highest level, it is possible for users of Celestial Eye to be able to directly observe Souls and understand the principles behind complex phenomenon like Evolution with just their eyesight.[2]
