Rupert Holliday Evans (born 2 August 1964[1]) is a British television actor who played Colonel Mace in the Doctor Who television story The Sontaran Stratagem/The Poison Sky.
He also voiced a Celtic Warrior in the AudioGO story The Relics of Time, a Belle Epoque artist in The Demon of Paris, and a Cop in Starfall.

Outside of Doctor Who he is best known for playing the Dad in the CITV show The Giblet Boys, in which both Barnaby Edwards and Huw Higginson had guest roles.
