Rakhee Thakrar (born 29 February 1984^[1]) voiced Bliss in the Big Finish Productions audio series The Eighth Doctor Adventures.

Prior to playing Bliss, a companion of the Eighth Doctor, Thakrar had been rumoured to become companion to Twelfth Doctor Peter Capaldi in Capaldi's final season as the Doctor before Pearl Mackie was ultimately announced in playing Bill Potts.^{[source needed]}

Career[]

Thakrar appeared in EastEnders from 2014-2016, and currently plays the role of Teacher Miss Sands in Sex Education, co-starring with Ncuti Gatwa, who plays the Fifteenth Doctor.

Personal life[]

She has been married to fellow Big Finish actor Vikash Bhai since 2 September 2017.
