Pu Yi

Pu Yi was the Emperor of China during the early 20th century when he was just a young boy. He was overthrown in a revolution in 1911 by an alliance of nationalist warlords led by Sun Yat Sen, which formed into the Kuomintang and took Pu Yi's place as the rulers of China, (PROSE: The Shadow of Weng-Chiang) making him the last pre-Republic Emperor. (PROSE: The Night is Long, and Dreams Are Legion)

In 1932, (PROSE: Log 384) the Japanese enthroned Pu Yi as the ruler of the puppet state of Manchukuo, completing their invasion of Manchuria which began the previous year. (PROSE: The Shadow of Weng-Chiang)

Within the City of the Saved, Pu Yi worked as a gardener in Kublai Khan's pleasure grounds. (PROSE: The Night is Long, and Dreams Are Legion)
