Paul Bullock was the writer and executive producer of the 2010 and 2013 editions of Doctor Who at the Proms, as well as co-director of the latter.
He also produced the 2006 Doctor Who: A Celebration benefit concert, as featured on the Doctor Who Confidential episode Music and Monsters.
