When she met Jack Harkness and Rhys Williams in the 2010s, Olivia Steele was a short woman with a petite build. Jack figured that she was aged in her early forties, internally observing that she appeared attractive and professional with "flawless" caramel coloured skin. While working as a doctor, she wore a white lab coat with a badge which identified herself, a pale green blouse and a pencil skirt which showed off enough of her legs to be noticed by both Jack and Rhys.
