Nichols was one of the porters at the hospital where Brenda Williams was a patient. He realised that someone had worked out was going on when Rhys Williams switched his mother's rooms. Nichols was tasked with taking organs from live donors which would kill her. He was doing this out of blackmail to get a heart for his daughter. He was killed by the Cleaners. (AUDIO: Visiting Hours)
