New Houston was a human colony housed in the Fourth Sector at some point after the 30th century. It had shops and boutiques and the citizens used air cars.

The First Doctor, along with his companion Dodo Chaplet, saved it from a Mim invasion. The Second Doctor later visited New Houston with his companions Polly Wright, Ben Jackson and Jamie McCrimmon. (AUDIO: The Yes Men)
