He answered Jyl Stoker's distress call from Akoshemon's moon. When the ship took off after taking on the survivors, Lawrence was possessed by the Dark and made the ship crash back onto the moon. He died soon after from injuries sustained during the crash. (PROSE: Fear of the Dark)
