The Pan-Galactic Gargle-Blaster was a beverage served by Milo on the Rosette of Sirius. The Twelfth Doctor drank one to help cure a sore throat. He was reluctant to accept a second one because he "had a TARDIS to drive" and did not know where he would end up, but then said it would be rude to let it go to waste. The Twelfth Doctor also mentioned Pan-Galactic Gargoyle-Blasters after meeting some "garrulous gargoyles". (COMIC: Terror of the Cabinet Noir)
