In 2024, the Fifteenth Doctor and Ruby Sunday landed on a cliff located in Wales, not far from the village of Glyngatwg.
History[]
On this location, the Doctor stepped on a fairy circle which caused not only him to disappear and the TARDIS to seal itself, but the timeline shifting in a way so that Ruby would live the rest of her life constantly stalked by a Woman who stood exactly at 73 yards of distance from her at all times.
Alternate reality[]
After looking around for the missing Doctor, Ruby eventually left the cliff and managed to get to Glyngatwg where she stayed for some days. She then returned to the cliff to try one last time to communicate with the Doctor by talking to the TARDIS, after which she left to return home in London. She would not visit this location again for about 62 years.
In 2086, Ruby came back to this location, now at about the age of 82, accompanied by her carer. The TARDIS was still standing in that very spot, by then lying derelict and covered in moss, and surrounded with flowers that people had been leaving there; Ruby pointed out that she "[didn't] think they [knew]" why they did so. Three years later, finally experiencing a close encounter with the Woman from her death bed, old Ruby found herself back to the cliff in 2024, this time in place of the Woman. She managed to communicate to her younger self to warn the Doctor about not stepping on the fairy circle, avoiding his disappearance and the timeline alteration, after which she vanished.
