Clarence James "Clancy" Brown III (born January 5, 1959) is an American actor and voice actor. He voices Mr. Krabs from SpongeBob SquarePants, Neo Cortex from Crash Bandicoot, Lex Luthor from Superman: The Animated Series, the Dark Dragon from American Dragon: Jake Long, Officer Frank from Lloyd in Space, a few minor characters in Gargoyles, and Lieutenant Hank Anderson in Detroit: Become Human.
He voices the central antagonist of Trollhunters, Gunmar, in the Tales of Arcadia universe.
