As food, medicine and other basic necessities dwindle to nothing, these refugees resort to desperate measures for survival. Crime and exploitation run rampant, with refugees frequently turning against each other over a half-eaten nutripaste stick. |

The Refugees of War codex entry can be unlocked by examining a plaque lore object located in the shantytown right outside the east wall of Fort Garnik, along the road leading from the Fort to Talloran Village.
