Bull was a Force sensitive male Zabrak trained in the Dark Side of the Force by an unknown Dark Jedi, who encountered Vin Garth on Iriodania in the final stages of the Clone Wars. He was seeking the retrieval of data stolen by Zur Cen and subsequently killed by Vin when the latter came to the younger Zabrak's rescue.

Bull was indirectly responsible for Vin taking his second apprentice, as it was he who young Zur Cen stole from, which ultimately led him to Vin. Bull chased Zur through the rocky plateaus of the Zabrak homeworld for hours prior to Vin's arrival and was aided by a gang of Zabrak mercenaries in his employ. These mercanaries opened fire on a lone figure they mistook for Zur Cen, though in actuality it was Jedi Knight Vin Garth, who had been tasked with a mission on Iriodania which had great strategic value to the war; though Vin had been told no more and instructed to trust in the Force. Bull suspected Vin to be more than he was but only had his suspicions confirmed when Vin, acting in defence of Zur Cen, absorbed Bull's Force lightning. Bull engaged Vin in a duel but was ultimately defeated and killed when he attempted to strike Vin with Force lightning. His lighsaber, which Vin had earlier disarmed him off, came into the possession of Zur Cen who Vin took as his new padawan learner.[1]
Personality and traits[]
Bull was a red-skinned Zabrak who showed distinct immersion in the Dark Side of the Force; he emanated an aura of dread and had yellow eyes that Vin described as "glowing yellow lights". He believed himself to be a Sith though Vin noted him to be a mere pretender to the title. He was sure of himself and enjoyed flaunting his power, and specifically got his kicks and thrills from inflicting pain on those who could not fight back.[1]

Bull employed Force lightning as his primary offense. His usage was particularly noteable for its power; one brief surge was enough to burn young Zur Cen in multiple places and throw him off balance, and also demolish stone. He also demonstrated skill with a lightsaber though he was completely dominated in his battle with Vin and subsequently lost not only his hand and lightsaber but his life some short time later.[1]
