Santino Scarpatti was the head of the Seattle mob and a collector of religious relics and antiquities.

Santino Scarpatti was the Italian Mafia boss in Seattle as well as a Catholic, believing that the Catholic relics were rightfully his. In 2017, eager to acquire the skull of St. Peter, he hired a man named Antonio Miele to steal the skull from Malta and bring it back to him. When Miele was murdered by Mr. Cromarty to retrieve the skull, he learned that Sam and Dean Winchester were also looking for the skull and sent his bodyguards to bring it to him. When they arrive at his office, he greets them and is surprised to learn that they are officially dead but lets them know that he paid Miele and would like St. Peter's skull. He makes them an offer: if they hand over the skull, he will give them a nice "middleman's fee" to buy everything they need from Richard Greenstreet, but he warns Dean that "failure is not an option." Later, in a warehouse, Scarpatti meets Margaret Astor, who reveals that she is going to auction off the skull to Scarpatti, Greenstreet or Sam Winchester. The three men make their bids blindly, with Scarpatti bidding $3 million for the skull, beating Sam's bid by $634,000... and 2 cents. Greenstreet, however, asks for nothing, offering Mr. Cromarty $1 million to kill Margaret Astor and give her the skull. A shootout ensues, where Scarpatti and his bodyguards were shot in the chest and killed by Mr. Cromarty.
