Duncan Fraser is a British stage and screen actor whose many credits include When Calls the Heart, The Killing, Traffic, Sanctuary, Hamlet and The Exorcism of Emily Rose.
In Supernatural, he portrayed the Norse deity Odin in Hammer of the Gods, season 5. He also the "good" Wizard of Oz Clive Dylan in There's No Place Like Home in season 10.
