The unnamed demons were demons who guarded Dean Winchester in Hell.

Background[]

After Dean's demon deal was up and he got mauled by the Hellhounds, the demons' shadows crept in on Dean. They guarded Dean while Alastair tortured him. On Michael's command, Castiel's garrison swiftly laid siege to Hell, grievously slaying the demons. Later on, Castiel said that whatever guarded Lucifer's cage was more than just the 66 Seals and more complex than these demons.
