Shouki-Hatsudou (瘴鬼発動 Shouki Hatsudou?, Miasma Ogre Invocation) is one of Kairi's Super Combos, introduced in Street Fighter EX2. From Street Fighter EX2 Plus on, it serves as his Meteor Combo.

Description
In Street Fighter EX2, the attack is a series of three energy projectiles that Kairi quickly launches forward. This version is a ground-based version of the Shinki-Hatsudou.
In Street Fighter EX2 Plus and EX3, it becomes a massive beam of energy launched from both of his fists, and it deals severe damage. It also causes Kairi to slowly lose health, equal to half of his maximum, and collapse at the end of the move.
In Street Fighter EX3, Kairi automatically enters Maki Hatsudo after the move ends.
