Ring of Destruction: Slam Masters II, known as Super Muscle Bomber: The International Blowout (スーパーマッスルボマー ザ・インターナショナル・ブローアウト, Sūpā Massuru Bomā: Za Intānashonaru Burōauto) in Japan, is the 1994 sequel to Saturday Night Slam Masters and the second game in the series. It was not ported to home consoles.
Gameplay
Unlike the first game, which played like a traditional wrestling game, Ring of Destruction's format was changed to play like a traditional one-on-one 2D fighting game (similar to Super Street Fighter II), with the action restricted to one plane. The game's configuration was changed to a five-button setup (two punch buttons, two kick buttons and a grappling button). The objective of each match is to deplete the opponent's life bar in two out of three rounds. It is no longer necessary for the player to pin their opponent to win a match, although all the other moves have been retained.

Story
The wrestlers of the Capcom Wrestling Association gather once again, but this time the Blood Wrestling Association has joined in to wrestle with the CWA for the championship. Victor Ortega, the previous Muscle Bomber champion, as well as owner of the CWA, had left because he couldn't find anyone strong enough to give him a decent challenge. Now he's back, and is the guy to beat to earn the championship.
Trivia
- Three Street Fighter characters appear in the backgrounds of Ring of Destruction: Slam Masters II: Zangief in the Moscow stage, Balrog in the Las Vegas stage and E. Honda in the final CWA stage.
- The SUPER lettering in the game's Japanese name Super Muscle Bomber was taken from Super Street Fighter II, which appears in the attract mode of Ring of Destruction's Japanese version, as well as whenever a special throw came out successful after a taunt (in both English and Japanese versions).
- On Street Fighter V they add the sticking out of the ground knockout (base of Ring of Destruction: Slam Masters II gameplay) for Alex's Heavy Hammer , Zangief's Bolshoi Russian Suplex and Birdie's Skip To My Chain.
- On Ring Of Arcade stage appears the word (from Ring of Destruction: Slam Masters II gameplay) "DOOM" , "KA-BOOM" and "SLAM"
